Having made it to the semi-final of our Stiegl ‘Summer of Radler’ cocktail competition, the drink mixes Stiegl Grapefruit Radler, with Mezcal Verde, lime, honey and salt! See below for the full recipe!
Ingredients
150ml Stiegl Grapefruit Radler
50ml Mezcal Verde
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Honey
Sprinkle of Salt
To Garnish
Mint Sprig
Dehydrated Grapefruit Slice
Instructions
Add the Mezcal Verde, lime juice, honey and salt to a cocktail shaker. Shake over ice and serve in a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with the Stiegl Grapefruit Radler.
Garnished with mint sprig and a dehydrated slice of grapefruit.
